Data Controller: This disclosure text is prepared by Informasys Technology (“Company”) to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Our company is committed to adhering to the principles of transparency and security while processing your personal data. This text provides a detailed explanation of how your personal data is collected, processed, and protected.

Method of Personal Data Collection and Legal Basis: Your personal data is collected directly from you and through our website, email communications, phone calls, various digital platforms, physical applications, and other similar communication channels. The purpose of data collection is to fulfill legal obligations, provide you with the best service, effectively manage business processes, and define our company’s commercial and business strategies. These data are collected in accordance with the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data: Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations in accordance with relevant legislation,

  • Third parties in Turkey and abroad in accordance with contractual obligations. Your personal data is shared only for the purpose of transfer and in compliance with relevant legislation.

Rights of the Data Subject: Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • To request information about the processing if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, both domestically and abroad,
  • To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions specified in the KVKK,
  • To request that these actions be communicated to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
  • To object to adverse outcomes resulting from the automatic processing of personal data,
  • To request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing of your personal data.
